TM Hi Capa hammer/frame plate

Do any of you have this attachment on your Hi Capas?

Is it really advisable only for people who have fitted steel hammers to their Hi Capas?

As far as I know nobody is producing one for other TM pistols, so I imagine the stock guns don't really need it, unless your pistol is likely to see excessive use.

Presumably this is just against dry firing? Ordinarily the force of the mag valve is going to soften the impact.

I’m guessing it’s just a bit thicker than standard, so the hammer doesn’t hit the inner frame?
