Hi all,
I recently bought a Tippmann M4 v2 HPA. without any research I’ve found it to be
No longer in production unfortunately after
Adjusting the FPS it’s now stopped firing
I’ve been informed by an airsoft tech that the problem probably lies somewhere in the trigger assembly. Unfortunately I can’t get hold of a complete trigger assembly.
Anyone out there know of any links or sellers for this item it would be very much appreciated otherwise I’ll be putting it up for spares or repairs.
Thank you
Steve.

I am selling my old spare parts and have 2 sets of full internal rebuilds for a V1 and V2 (check the Facebook owner's group). Message me for details.

Hi,
I’ve got a tech working on it and he seems to think it’s the trigger assembly.
Could you possibly list your parts and prices for me.
Much appreciated.
Steve.

Hi, before I do that just wanted to check the problem is with the trigger assembly? Not one to question a tech, but owned Tippmanns and similar magfed paintball markers for close to 8 years and have never heard of adjusting the fps screw (hidden in the power tube assembly) causing one not to fire. On very rare occasions some people damage the trigger itself (snaps) but the air goes to the input fitting which is separate from that assembly; the trigger is a unit that regulates the flow. I am assuming you use a paintball remote line/microbore, not an airsoft low pressure one, and the fps screw is causally connected to the fault.

Suggest you post this query with a detailed explanation on the Facebook Tippmann Arms Airsoft owners group before we proceed. As mentioned, may be wrong, but concerned you would pay for the trigger and that doesn't solve the issue. Despite what people on this platform who do not own Tippmanns claim (some people apply excess force to the upper and lower without separating them, snapping the linkage arm, or using a heavy bolt and causing damage), they are one of the most reliable RIFs I own.
