Eyyy you finally got it!

Yep! I'm so happy I finally got one. I have now put all the parts in it (Action Army hop unit and nub, 4uantum hop rubber and a 570mm Stalker barrel), so next time I get to an airsoft site I'll be able to test it out; action army extended mags are a bit loose in it, but the King Arms extended mag appears to fit great, as do all my short KJW m700 mags (and obviously the short Tanaka m700 mags I have). In the meantime, going to see about getting a KJW suppressor adapter and seeing if it fits. If not I'll just use it without a suppressor because I don't want to swap out the outer barrel since I want it to look the part of the m24 (there's a reason I got one instead of just sticking with my m700s which look incredibly similar)

Oh, it's also a pre-ban (as the box says) and whoever had it before has already saved me the issue of having to do the standard "replace that tiny Tanaka nozzle with the nozzle she tells you not to worry about"

And I also ordered some m5x25 and m5x30 screws. The m5x35 screws I already have are just a tiny bit too long to fit my bipod to it, so a few slightly shorter screws went on the shopping list.

A rather nice set of combats in a Chinese Type 81 camo pattern  - 'Tactical Toms' - the quality seems excellent, and the sizing is rather European which caught me out a little. Should be pretty good for lush summer woodland. Quite a fun pattern which I understand was inspired by British DPM originally when it first appeared in the very late 1970's/early 1980's. Oh, and a cheeky Cyma MP5SD. I've plans to pop a Mancraft inside it that is currently unused within one of my M4s, and put a full stock on to turn it into the SD5 version. I must say, out of the box it seems superb, one of the quietest running gearboxes I've encountered and very snappy for a non-mosfet gun.

Got this from Defcon Airsoft, it's a Double Bell so nothing fancy & is unlikely to ever see any gameplay.

It's a base AR for a Colt 9mm SMG build, I'm not a thread counter so I'll get it as close as I can without getting stupid.

Got a gas deflector to rattle can then fit, inner barrel to cut down (where's my dremel?) and the mag release to cut flush in the magwell then Bob's your auntie & Fanny's your craddock.

Fauxdins are super awful tried my mates (complete with awful nuprol ak mag adaptor) last game and it immediately kacked itself and turned into a handgrenade

Because i'm actually shit at airsofting i've decided to go with quantity over quality, and ordered an A&K M249 and an extra box mag for it.

The night before its debeut game it ate its gearbox, and now i need to buy a new gear set for it.

My biggest issue is technically of my own making - i'm cack handed, so the stock folds the wrong way and all the controls are on the wrong side which is a major annoyance - had both the TM NGRS and WE GBB Scar L's ages ago, even then I got rid of it in favour of something else in both cases.

As i'm planning to semi lock this and use it as a DMR, i'm probably going to get one of the Airsoft Artisan stock tube adapters and fit a Magpul PRS Lite to it, the quandary at the moment is whether the folding 1913 stock will work with the PRS Lite and still be able to fold, as that folds to the left side.
