I'm curious about the internals too. As i understand it there is some difference but i'm not sure what. Guess i'll just have to buy a CO2 one as well.

 
I rarely share what I've bought, as I'd like to keep my ?, but I do like unusual metal poppy badges, & the bottom 3 of these remind me of another period in my life, so picked these up but now I'm not sure if they're entirely appropriate when remembrance is coming around ?.
