The 'What have you just bought' Thread

Last of the new bits, Spiritus SPUD pouch. Liked the look of them when first announced, initially for popping a 16oz Nalgene in but looks to be really versatile. Could definitely see it getting used for extra mags/speedloaders on longer game days. Certainly not a revolutionary pouch, but well executed as usual.

I love that, dunno what to do to my recent purchase to make it “mine”

So Kydex Customs recently launched their own budget line of holsters, a kinda Tesco’s own brand, called Bare Bones.

My needs are still there, but my finances just now are seriously restricted as we are spunking MEGA on home renovations, so SWMBO is watching the spending.

Not closely enough to notice me getting this delivered to the other address to get received by the builders ??

Wanted to try this out, cheap - £30 delivered

A GSR replica from airsoft world. All I can think say is that if you're thinking of getting one don't bother, they're shit. When trying to change the mesh for the clear lenses one of the screws holding the mesh mask in place refused to budge and rounded off the supplied hex key. Next one of the rubber bits connected to the straps tore off whilst I was wearing it. All in all it's a piece of crap and will be going back

A "Rossi" VSR type sniper rifle bought from the classifieds, my first dip of a toe into the bolt-action waters... good fun plinking in the garden at least!
And I enjoyed doing the faux multicam rattle-can job on the stock, I think it came out reasonably well.  I used a bit of camo net as the stencil.

And I just picked up a set of Viper multicam trousers, t-shirt and hoodie for a very low price from Action Hobbies - supporting my local retailer, one bargain at a time!

Apart from exotic stuff like Lee Enfields, SLRs,  and maybe another HPA gun,  my main hankering now is for a cheap H&K MP5, or a G36K.    But perhaps I ought to actually go skirmishing...?

Not the most thrilling of purchases, but you can't play without them; some Geoff's Super Naturals in .25 and .3, and a new set of Bloc eyepro to see if they really are a fog-free solution for sweat monsters.

Finally bought myself a TM Desert Eagle HK GBB.

Was on Action Hobbies, in unused condition with a spare magazine for £80 so thought it rude not to.
