The 'What have you just bought' Thread

That was definitely a bonkers-low price and tbh you have checked an option that says they're 'unable to take your order at this time', but I also hope they don't pull the rug on you because that'll be the bargain of the year.

My UKARA details are saved on my account and i've bought from them before. That option was for two-tone, but in my haste to buy it i didn't tick the other box. ? (They don't offer two-tone anymore.)

I guess we'll find out on Monday if i'm getting it for that price. It looks like the website was having some updates last night.

I posted my AR57 in another thread & mentioned sights for it, I rewatched ForgottenWeapons video about the AR57 & saw that it needed an Eo-tech to be correct. This might not be 'correct' for rivit counters but it's close enough for me & this one popped up in the classifieds at the same time. Thanks to TooTall86 for this rds.

At the lhe last couple of CQB games I found that my plate carrier was getting in the way when drawing my pistol from the hip so I picked up a drop leg platform. It arrived today and from just setting it up and getting the fit right I'm impressed. Unlike other drop leg holsters I've had in the past this one doesn't flap around when moving but the real test will come on my next gameday View attachment 142863

Welcome! I put all my AEGs away a while ago because of a similar experience. Picked up a TM AKM, squeezed off a mag on the range and immediately was like "I'm never using AEGs again" ?
And the TM AKM doesnt even kick that hard compared to a GHK or VFC.....

1st GBBR, no idea what im doing with it, it makes a LOT of noise, bits move about and it shakes violently in my hands.

But - OMG! is it satisfying to shoot!

I shall now go and sit in the naughty corner as i'm running it Hpa - cant be doing with 30rnd mags

Missing half the point of GBBR if you are using HPA and bigger mags

How’d you think I felt?

This is my first firing of a gbbr (bought it by accident ?)

It sings now though

I tried a NGRS and was contemplating it but thought may as well dive into GBBR! Excited for the weather to warm up a bit and get to a skirmish

Will add I have forgot how horrible that standard m4 grip is ?

That face at end is golden ? ?

The NGRSs are actually really good.

I have a mix of NGRSs and GBBRs, best of both worlds, temperature's not a concern, etc.

Also, you can never have too many. ??‍♂️

Amazing, lol.  Call me a gelatinous mass because I'm jelly af.

I've bought from them a few times and they've been so good to deal with. I sent an e-mail about ticking the wrong box on the order and they said it was fine, no mention about pricing or anything.

Very happy now. It's been swapped to front wired and put a folding stock on it. Tomorrow i'll fit the new barrel and hop rubber.

7 new guns have arrived this week, so Sunday's game is gonna  have many choices!

This rather nice 1911 from 18Airsoft. It's an E&C, nice trades, seems to work well - and only £52 (plus a minimum of about £20 for postage I seem to remember). Grips are Ivory effect G10 from Aliexpress for about £8 posted - only a small amount of dremmeling required to their undersides to achieve a perfect fit.

I tried sneaking in a cheap little double bell 92FS into my massive 18airsoft order but it ramped the delivery cost up the moment I popped it in - still, mine also came today which was an awesome suprise, and I might've won the customs lottery because it just arrived with zero fanfare or added fees

I have no idea how they didn't notice 21 seperate items and decide to take a bite, but I'm more than happy to have 'gotten away' with it lol
