There are crap copies such as this or there are custom kits made by Antisniper Custom Works as seen in this forum post. You won't be able to get the full kit though, due to russian customs restrictions they can only sell the stock internationally with fittings for modern L96 style rifles. The scope, barrel and receiver can only be bought inside Russia although you might be able to get one from Ukraine.

 
Since snipers are pretty simple, it probably wouldn't be that hard for someone with a metal workshop and the right materials to actually make the receiver, barrel and bolt handle, then scopes can easily have bits stuck on or taken off to make them look the same but have different functions.

The stock could probably be made by someone with the right wood work skills.

Mags would probably be the hardest part to get right.

 
Well made one after a bit of searching but looks nothing like it as it was "loosely based" on it. however a company called Bison have made one. it's the people who made the £70 SVD. The RIF version is pre-camo. nice if your looking for something different I guess

 
UTJ that second link is a piece of art! Tempted to try making one myself now, will have to wait till I have a sniper rifle though lol.
