Slings (EDIT: More Questions)

I had a single point sling and did not get on with it at all, does anybody know of any good 3 point slings and also how easy are they to use if you get what I mean, as in not getting tangled up in them when trying to cahnge from shoulder to shoulder?

EDIT: I have also been looking at RIS (or RAS, can't remember the difference) kits and I was just wondering do normal kits like the one HERE fit normal M4's do they work with delta rings, it says it has a four bolt fixture but what does that mean?

I have a Viper 3 point sling and I think it's awesome, you can wear it with the clip part fastened and have the rifle against your chest, or undo the clip and it almost acts like a single point sling.

It's quite difficult to switch shoulders though unless you have it really loose, but you can point it anywhere you like except behind you and it's fine. I couldn't ask for more from a sling and I don't think I'd ever use anything different. If you've ever seen the SA80 3 point slings it's basically exactly the same as that.

it fixes on with four bolts???

i personally prefer basic traditional slings (one mount front, one mount at the rear), you can just pop it over your head and its fixed to your cest or over your arm to carry around and 'hip fire'

Magpul MS2 sling. Job done. Single point to 2 point in a flash

TM 3-point is pretty easy to use aswell.

If I have a grip on a rail and I buy some rail guards, do I have to cut the rail guards to make them the right size or do you have to buy them the right size?

Buy them the right size.

Or just don't put any rail covers on the bottom rail.

I always thought that the point of rail covers was to stop you from scratching yourself on the edges of the rails, but if you've got a grip on the bottom, you're not going to be touching the bottom rail anyway.
