Currently using a 7.4 Lipo in my 552 but have brought a mini 9.9 LiFe which is the same size but slightly thicker than a mini 8.4 nimh. As most Sig owners know battery space is an issue but does anyone know if fitting the Well RIS or other types will give me a little bit more room for the LiFe to fit?

Is it a TM? You can remove the plastic battery tray to give yourself a bit more space.

I modded an ICS ris to fit my 552 and it did give a little extra space than the plastic handguards.

Nah it's CA so there's no tray with it, I literally need about an extra 3mm more for it to fit over the standard handguard so hopefully the ris will help.
