Refund from Only BB Guns

Hello Guys,

Does anyone know how long I will have to wait for a refund from Only BB Guns. I wanted to order another gun from them which was a better and so they quickly cancelled my order but I have yet to receive my refund. Just wondering what the average time was.

Good company but wanting to check these things out.

Ring them - it takes minutes to do a paypal refund or a credit card refund

Most likely they "forgot" to follow it up, it does happen now n then

Be polite - ergh I don't seem to have received my refund..... so to speak...

& say you need this money back in your account etc....

Next time be more forceful dropping hints of contacting paypal/credit card/bank.....

A pain when you have to "remind people" but if you are having to wait - jeez try overseas stuff from ebairsoft

lots of stuff and of stock you find out after 6 weeks and have to chase them to get the refund they said they will issue

let us know how you get on
