what are the best mods for a r4 mp7 I'm looking for better accuracy and fire rate and does anyone have links for them for a uk site

Eagle6 are the default site for AEP / PDW parts, but they don't come cheap.

The stock nihm batteries in these things are weaker than a politician's promise, so the first thing I'd suggest is a lipo conversion.  Eagle6 will sell connectors that will slot into the stock connector and then you can wire any small JST connector lipo in.  For example (verify that this will fit before buying!)

However, since you've got the thing apart, I'd suggest that you take the opportunity to rip out the stock connector completely and solder in new thick wiring with a Deans connector which will allow for a surprising ROF and also a much improved trigger response.

As you can tell, this isn't an exact science and there aren't a lot of people putting time or money into modifying their AEP / electro-PDW guns.

One thing you didn't mention is fps.  Guess what: Eagle6 will sell you a spring:

It's just about possible to get this thing squeezed in - I've just put one in my CYMA AEP.  Notionally it should bump it from ~200 to ~260fps, I'll see at the next chrono.

While you're about it, if you've got nylon bushes in your Well, you might want to consider replacing them with metal.

It all depends on your budget though.  Bearing in mind that the R4 is a £55 gun (from TaiwanGun) there might be a limit on how much you want to throw at it.

im not looking to spend loads probably up to £50 and I don't really want the fps higher as its for a indoor arena which has 290 fps max

Fair enough.  However, I found the 200fps stock on my AEP to be low enough that folk genuinely weren't feeling it, and I understand the R4 is about the same as stock.  If you're confident with gearboxes, either an Eagle6 or Laylax spring will give you that extra bit of sting, and it's about the cheapest mod you can do.

If you're set up for soldering then the best bang for the buck is wiring for lipo though.  Heck, lipo batteries are cheaper than the stock nihms.

Is the accuracy on your Well not great then?  How's the hop rubber looking?

Yeah the accuracy is good just wondering what I could do to make it better but I've got a problem with it at the moment after I rebuilt it it's not shooting the gearbox barrel is moving but no sound it coming out of it so stuck ATM
