Qd Buffer Tube Receiver Hole Cover

My Google-fu is weak, what's the search term for this sort of thing? I want to make a stubby M4 without a stock and I'm trying to find something to cover the hole. Preferably with a sling point, preferably QD.

The only term that came close is sling plate but they all seem to be designed for buffer tubes to go through them. Suggestions for how to DIY it also gratefully received.
