Anyone had any experiences with https://www.powair6.com/en/ ?

They seem to ship from France and have some good stock on Magpul stuff and good prices for UK, especially taking currency conversion into account.

However, googling them provides almost no footprint and zero reviews. Anyone here deal with them, or heard of someone who did?

Have used them about four times this year. No complaints. Usually ship the next day after ordering. 

Have had orders come via the Post office and DPD couriers.  Good for some of the more obscure parts or to

bulk buy BBs if your usual sources are out.

havent used them myself but a few mates have ordered plenty of hpa bits from them and not heard any issues.

I have used them several times, decent prices for their stuff.

Normally ships next day with Chronopost (subsidiary of DPD) and arrives within a week.

They seems to specialise in HPA kit.

They are based out of Toulouse in France therefore no import taxes and duties (for now #BREXIT).

They don't have a shop front, they appear to be an all online company based out of a closed warehouse, I know this as I looked up their address and it was just that, was thinking of visiting since my Aunt lived less than a 5 min drive from their place.

Their customer service is really good to, they will respond in very good English.

Fast delivery and good pricing. 

Long as it arrives like it should.

They do not however give a shit if your delivery gets lost via DHL and will go all sloped shoulders saying that France DHL has refused the claim and then not reply to subsequent emails. 

While not their fault DHL fucks up. Not helpful when you have to do then do all the legwork in the UK to get someone to help

@rocketdogbert That's interesting as I'm in England and I last order from them, with a successful delivery, in May 2021. Admittedly it was just components and not a RIF.

Even asking a simple question, gets you a very curt response

Only reason these guys exist is because they have access to some rare stuff. 

Use Redwolf in Japan or https://emperionstore.com/ you might have to wait a few days more but they look after you and they will work out cheaper.

Used them for the first time this month as UBR's are like rocking horse poop. Fast service. I have bookmarked the site for future use. 

Just be prepared for the shakedown when the crooks at customs hold your stuff for ransom.

As noted elsewhere, I had a stock apparently sit in Customs for nearly a month before they released it, but without any blackmail demand and as far as I can tell without opening it for inspection, so it's possible they're just too overwhelmed at the moment to do thorough Fun Policing.

How much was it? If it’s under £135 retailer has to charge VAT at source, if it’s over that it’s up to you to pay

My experience with them has been very good. Very fast shipping if you use the top shipping option. I recently bought a Retro Arms gearbox which with DHL shipping arrived in 2 days, and including shipping cost less than buying in the UK.

Ordered a RIF from them with no trouble in the past, and bought a bunch of Magpul stuff (stock, trigger guard, grip etc) when they had their sale on last year. Great prices and fast service. As for the wankers our side of the border though...twats! Boxes ripped open, no effort made to repackage anything properly and tape over everything. Utter shithouses.

Recent experience with them, still brilliant as always, however customs can sting you and every time I’ve ordered from them customs have done their thing. however I tend to do larger orders. Have also ordered a RIF from them with no issues just customs and their awful repackaging. For PTW/HPA users they tend to stock the awkward spares. Brilliant company with great coms.
