Mosfet Recommendations for Type 97

Looking to put a mosfet in my type 97 to increase its longevity a bit. Im specifically looking for something which prevents trigger contact burnout and that has low battery detection. It also needs to be fairly small as there isnt much space in the gun.  Thats pretty much all im looking for dont really want programability or anything else and im on a fairly tight budget.

for simple contact protection work i'm a fan of the nanoasr, same wiring as a warfet if you ever feel you want some more functionality.

doesn't do battery cutoff but then i tend to be pretty on point with keeping batteries changes.
