Without seeing it my first thought is to add some barrel shims before you torque the barrel nut.
Example of barrel shims (don't buy them they are exorbitantly priced for what they are) https://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/angrygun-barrel-nut-shimswashers-includes-05mm-x-5pcs-and-1mm-x-5pcs
If its not chuck us up a few photos.

You can do the same thing with key rings too. It’s how I got my tippmann when I had it to accept a DD rail and not wobble!
