midcaps and hicaps question

Long time no chat guys!

I was rather fortunate to grab a very good deal on my mates virtually unused M4 kit at a very good price, however as much as i love hi cap mags, i just dont like the ICS hicap mags(can't get them to feed) it came with preferring the magpul P series midcaps( 3 of them...new) purely down to how you use them(no silly wheel to keep pushing the BB's up) so my question is what are the benefits of midcaps over hicaps?

Perfect for sneaking around

usually accepted at Milsim's

will save you a couple of quid ie you wont be doing much spray and pray

yet you still have a higher capacity than low caps.
