m4 attachments or improvements

dont know how to upgrade my m4 saving gor the ris, and metal body but need stuff to go on.

im thinking off going for a torch slanted grip, peq box for my battery and maybe a laser.

also opinions on silencers i want ne but need to know where i can get one reasonably cheap , too fit my ics m4.
