I'm looking for a very low profile belt to hold my pants up, I normally wear a Riggers Belt, but i'm finding when wearing battle belts (I use a HGSI Suregrip Belt) by the end of the day I can feel the rigger belt starting to dig in. I'm looking for something comfortable enough to wear under the battle belt. The closet thing I've found it the LBX Fast Belt.

It may not be low profile enough.  When using a battle belt I like to wear a 5.11 Tactical duty belt, fairly low profile buckle and the belt does not slip.  For £12.15 not a bad price. https://www.nightgearstore.com/en-UK/511-Tactical-TDU-15-inch-Plastic-Buckle-Belt/48144248ng.htm?colour=Black
Second that, I own a couple & use them every day, super strong & another good point is I don't have to take it off when going through the airport, no more shuffling through holding me kecks up ;)

A couple if days ago I took a piece of 2 inch webbing and sewn 2 strips of Velcro on it, it's a perfect low profile belt that goes under my battle belt..

It has no buckles so it doesn't have a chance to hurt/cause pain/be annoying..

And it was free :D

A lot of people are making what you just described ........it’s normally 2 layers of webbing with a stiffener inside

the outside will be coated in velcro that allows a heavy belt with pouches to be indexed onto it

https://www.geardynamics.ca/products/liner-belt

they are normally called liner belts or something to that effect

i made one myself

Having additional rows of horizontal stitching all around the belt will make it stiffer.

It certainly does it depends how good you want it stitching will stiffen ........a plastic liner will stiffen a lot and help prevent the belt twisting and warping with the use of holsters and the like........will also dig into you like a son of a b***
