Hi all

Has anyone had dealing with KY Airsofts UK warehouse?

They claim certain stock is held in a UK warehouse but on the checkout page it shows international postage, it is however $10 cheaper for the standard postage compared to ordering from the HK section of the site.

Curious to hear other people's experiences with them.

Everybody I know that has ordered from their "UK warehouse" (So four people now) has been met with "Sorry it's out of stock, we'll send it from HK" and then they ship it in seperate parcels to underdeclare and avoid customs.

That mixed in with their still dodgy trading and forgetting to include items etc all I can say is good luck...

When they first announced they were having a UK warehouse, they had tonnes of stock in the UK, but like with their HK website, now any stocking is a flat out fabrication - never buy anything from them without having written confirmation that something is actually in stock, otherwise they'll try to hold your money to ransom until they can get it in stock which can be most of a year. I had to threaten court action to get money back after a year of waiting. I've had to use the threat of court action twice after exorbitantly long waits. HK consumer rights system is basically a carbon copy of UK prior to CRA2015 came into effect if you do end up in that situation.

Thank you gentlemen, it's as dodgy as I suspected.

Unfortunately they seem to be the only place for some apache parts I need and the cheapest for desert eagle mags.

I shall fire off some emails to confirm stock before placing any orders as I don't fancy waiting months for bits that may not even turn up.

To be fair they’re usually decent with parts but definitely send an email to confirm the stock beforehand

KICBB in Taiwan have direct access to WE factory, ping them an email and they can usually quote within a day or two, plus side taiwanese dollar to GBP is much more favourable than HKD to GBP so shipping is way, way cheaper (a whole rifle + 7 mags only cost me £65 in shipping from KIC)
