 i know i am just as shocked as you, went from 340 down to like 300-320

What do you use and where do you get your Co2?

I use Crossman (with lubricant) from HERE

~32p per cylinder.

tbh i need to learn how to car for a gbb, im just starting to learn how to strip it.

You can buy a shorter barrel. About 5-10 mm shorter does the trick. You could also shim the valve to restrict the gas flow. But, the barrel is by far the easiest option. Not sure if it is proprietary though, so you'll have to do your reserach.

Also, buy from JSR: https://www.jsramsbottom.com/co2/co2-cartridges.html SO much cheaper there.

I usually go for the 100 Umarex ones. Don't go for milbro, their co2 is quite dirty.
