I want to Up my fps to around 400fps using .2g bbs. I don't know what type of spring im looking for.

Try an M130 or M140. That should get you around the FPS you want. And if the KA SVD is similar to the A&K SVD then you should be able to use AEG springs.

It possibly is an A&K as it's under a lot of other brand names, to tell if it's an A&K just take the top cover off and look inside it, mine has A&K stamped on it.
