I mean the opening isnt too contraversial. My experience has tended to be marshalls not doing jack even when they witness shenanigans with their own eyeballs. Plus as we all know km's hit ratio is not what the markers on his videos would lead people to beleive.
Second half seems to be an essay in self-justification dressed up as some kind of "mask off" moment. Trying to pretend that he's only hunting down the assholes when we all know he ran out of the natural supply years ago and switched to feeding the clickbait machine with manufactured drama.

Don't tar all marshals with the same brush, when I marshal I take it very seriously and will pull up cheaters and march them back to the safe zone

Plenty of marshals will deal with stuff in the moment. Not much they can do if you complain at the end of the day or end up being the problem. Sometimes it’s luck of the draw or catching the cheater in the act.
Especially with every knob and his dog wearing a head cam, it’s really easy to show them where you think the cheating is happening.
Though, as someone who was a marshal for over a decade, I can count the number of times on one hand that someone was actually cheating deliberately.
60% of it is genuine ignorance of their hits. Kit. Environmental factors. You name it.
About 40% is just the accuser unable to admit they’re shooting plastic balls at someone else and those balls might not be on target.

My experience is 99% of shenanigans witness by players aren't. I have stood next to god knows how many players that swear blind they are hitting a player were every shot is falling short by a good ten metres or the BB is passing them by.

We've all had moment where we wonder what a marshall was thinking but I'd say they're definitely in the minority and more often players won't see them doing their job and often don't realise how much work it actually takes to marshal effectively.
What doesn't help are players themselves, waiting ages to report it and giving vague descriptions of said "cheat", eg the guy in MTP behind the tree doesn't help anyone

I personally have never had that every issue I've seen and come across has been delt with by the marshalls swiftly but I guess it can depend on the different sites.
It was mainly the second one were he's like I'm going to hunt them and hurt them that got me.

This is really funny to be on the receiving end of sometimes. Just watching someone 90 meters away dumping BBs into the ground 20 meters ahead of me. I'm sure from their PoV the BBs are flying right at me, but they don't understand how hops work lmao.
Magnified optics really help with finding out how accurate your gun actually is.
It's a shame Captain Airsoft is just another Kicking Mustang. Not surprising, they're mates, but still disappointing as he's doing some right clickbait drama content himself.

Is captain Airsoft another kicking Mustang ? I haven't seen that from his videos, and there really well edited together. He does say when it happens this is exactly how you shouldn't react to something like that and he should of reacted better.

The trouble is often there's bugger all marshalls can do apart from make a note of any reports and keep an eye on the accused. If a player is cheating the usually the presence of said marshall is enough to make them stop. Expecting staff to boot players on an unsubstantiated claim is frankly ridiculous, especially when so many reports of cheating are down to the shooter missing.
As for the bit about hunting cheaters, I've heard players say similar, him putting it in writing is just ragebait designed to push engagement
