Wants to sort it out ? Seems to me that he doesnt seem to be making any progress.

And busy ? Doing what exactly ? Avoiding his responsibilities ?

Paypal dispute is still in place, Small Claims Court will be contacted this week.

Hopefully PayPal will just refund me .  I am Happy with that . Hope urs get sorted too . Tbh think PayPal will see that he has habit of doing this and be more on our side

According to the Resolution Centre page on Paypal, he has until 27th June.

Not holding my breath in the meantime.

Getting refunded is my only concern.

My last few messages from Wednesday was him asking me when I took out the PayPal claim and how long has the claim left

I responded "I am busy and not his PA"

Nothing since Wednesday back off him so he doesn't want to solve things . So waiting for PayPal to solve it know

I have had nothing for ten days now from him . PayPal is about due so get my money there .

He's obviously bricking it now, in the knowledge PayPal will rule against him, prob not got the cash to settle it & hoping to stall things by getting an agreement in place (which he won't honour immediately ?) & hoping people may agree to stop their claims, which I'm sure no one's crazy enough to do.

Or maybe I'm just cynical ?

Its simple, pay what you owe.

The Paypal claim remains in place until the outstanding claim is settled.

Paypal have refunded me, i have also received an email from Jubjub asking me if i have received it, as apparently "its gone from his end"
