Inner Barrel

doing it on an indoor range at 30-50m would be ace if possible as that helps remove the changing weather as it takes time to set each barrel up and outdoors conditions can change massively over the space of hours and more so days. :-)

It would be interesting to quantify the differences between barrels. I think it's one of the most 'over sold' upgrades and is probably one of the last things you should do when chasing performance rather than one of the first.

ITH , would you mind describing your lapping procedure and materials?

I wouldn't day oversold but it is the last part you should buy.

Hsa sell manufacture various manual lapping kits but I mainly get them machine lapped as its quicker and lapping by hand is tedious.

Think airlab might sell kits as well.

I have enough tedium in my life...I'll see if I can find a local machine shop that can do the work. Probably no more expensive then buying the HSA kit.
