So I thought I would start the “I know what that is” type thing. There are some mighty clever people on here so I set this challenge. What year and make is this gear box. It is stock and not modded in any way. Please feel free to add to the thread with your own “what is this from”

shouldn't the spring guide and selector plate be black plastic then? I was thinking CYMA with the yellowish plastic

I thought that too. The nozzle should be clear on a Cyma one anyway.

Yeah I was unsure about the selector.

What is also throwing me is the ported cylinder. The port seems incredibly badly cut. I dont remember seeing a port so large either. Maybe a mod?

A little bit more for every one. It is from about the 90s. The port is not cut. That is how the shell is cast. I believe it to be one of the first mp5 tm gearboxes

I got a TM SD my first AEG back around 2000. It was 3rd hand to me and I remember it being something like it.
