i got banned from used airsoft after website maintains for no reason

no, i think the reason of i got banned is i send them a message about the spamming scam links bot all over my mail box before the website maintains, they might banned all message sender to them and ip

If you're on an ISP that doesn't provide static IP's (AFAIK only Zen give you one without asking) just renew the IP lease (go into the router's admin panel, disconnect from ISP and then reconnect). IP bans are a moronic tactic. No need to fuck about with VPNs.

unfortunately its virgin media broadband

Says its banned his ip ?, decent vpn might resolve the problem ?
i tired, i think they have vpn ip block as well

Check if your (external)  IP is changing or remaining as allocated when you restart your router :

whatismyipaddress.com

You may find that Virgin are leaving the same IP no matter how much you try to reset

If using a phone then turn off WiFI so that you only have the mobile providers allocated IP

Then retry a check of what the IP is and retry the site

Also try connecting elsewhere - connect to a public WiFI and try their IP allocations

It may be a direct block of you, and the site may have blocked a specific IP or every IP that you have previously connected with

Or it may be a coincidence and the IP range is blocked rather than you, if this is the case then no matter how often you get a new IP it would be likely to be in a blocked range

As noted by others, VPNs can be an option, but their country and / or ranges may be blocked. You can experiment with UK VPN addresses as opposed to the default VPN option of pretending to be in a different country

its not really working

You don't have to dictate Milton or Tolstoy but you could give us a bit more rope to help you.

What's not working? A VPN, resetting your router or both?

Is there a change in your IP address? There are 4 octets in the number punctuated by a decimal. Your broadband/WAN IP address is the one you need to pay attention to. If that stays the same with a router soft reset (turn it off and on), you may have a static IP or if only the last octet changes, you may have a limited dynamic address that an IP block could be set to cover.

It may be worth trying a few free VPN apps on your phone. Not all VPNs work the same way as some may still show the same IP address even if they mask your physical location.
