Bought a G&G cm raider from this guy, described as, as new condition and only 500 rounds through it.

I paid for the gun the same night, and was told it would be here the Tuesday, it ended up being nearly 2 weeks before it came, when it eventually arrived it was in no where near as new condition and to top if off the gun used to be 2 tone green, you can still see bits of it where it hasn't all come off,

None of this was advertised. I messaged him via e mail but I've had no reply.

otherwise this place could become the new ebay for airsoft - yeah I know they can't sell on ebay

Did you pay via Paypal I presume ?

You should of had payment protect and be able to contact Paypal directly about a refund and investigate the matter of none delivery of goods paid for.
