help my new throat mic wont fit my midlands radio

WHY HAS THIS HAPPENED WHY ok so i got my shiny new throat mic and the two pin is made for a ken wood radio not my midlands radio how do i fix this will it be possible to get some kind of adapter and will i be able to get before Sunday tell me all is not lost
