Gun picture thread

My SAS M16/M203 is now done. 

Still waiting on side mounted m203 sight which is currently in the post. 

But it boasts;

* accurate trades

* C7 upper

* STEEL barrel/front sight/flash hider

* STEEL small parts, mag catch/selector etc.

Just need to decide whether to leave as is, do a jungle stripe or GW1 look.

I've never been too big of a fan of bullpups but the SRU kit for the GHK G5 is pretty damn cool... Removed the top rail as the sight was sitting about 15 miles higher than I wanted it, much better now! Can see the benefit of it if you were wearing a mask, however. Second picture shows the rail (still detached though)

Undecided if I will keep it as I do like my Vectors but we will see.

Few little changes with the frame and sights a some stippling. I would love a threaded barrel slide but I just cant justify the price to blat someone from 2 foot away.

Gonna get some magpul tsp grips, and maybe some stainless steel parts to embellish it in bling.

The only problem is that the coating scratches off quite easily.

Unless its a dusting of paint, ie: the worn 'afghan' look, I do not normally like painted guns, however, that MCB paint job is very nice!

Cheers @SgtTalbert was my first go at painting a gun I’m not really a fan of painted guns either. though i would give it a go to make it look a bit different.

Now me I absolutely detest the ‘afghan’ paint jobs , I’ve never seen one that looks ‘authentic’ (not saying there arn’t any out there) but all the ones I’ve ever seen looked obviously artificially aged and so gash !? 

But I do agree the MCB paint job is a cracking job , even more so as it’s your first attempt at painting , well done good sir !
