Gaming PC trouble

I recently got a new GPU (this) as i want to start playing more PC games. I dont have many, but the games that played most now wont load. (Civ v and Just cause 2 + multiplayer mod).

When i do start just cause 2, i get this error message:

Fatal DirectX error!

Code:4

Result 0x800004002: E_NOINTERFACE

The game will now exit. Try starting the game with /failsafe if the problem persist.

I have the latest drivers and ran dxdiag and there were no problems and says i have DirectX11. I have also run sfc /scannow in cmd and found nothing.

Yeah i know its fairly common, was googling earlier but that doesnt work Mr B

Right click on the game title and click the properties option. Then under the General Tab, at the bottom, click Set Launch Options. Then type /failsafe. Also make sure your drivers are up to date.
