G&G CM16 Raider

Hello guys.

So a mate wants a CQB m4 and he is being recommended all this APS stuff but he likes the G&G CM16 Raider, but is being told that it is unreliable, what are your views on the gun. If both are bad gun(s), what is a good CQB M4, this can be any CQB M4 at no more than £200.

Lurking around the forums, the opinions suggest the aps stuff is poor, but the g&g raider is a good beginner gun. Opinion differs as to whether you should get the cm or gr, one has plastic ris, the other metal.

If fitting a scope or red dot, consider the rush, because you cannot remove the front sight from the raider.

Ics are supposed to be good, although you may want to replace the piston as they are prone to breaking. However, the split gearbox makes maintenance easy.

g&G are very good, APS are sh!t, simple as that
