Out of the list you've given, I'd go with the ICS M16 hands down.
Best reputation, best build quality, best internals for ease of use and it'll be a good performer straight out of the box.

Well I'm going to The Mall in Feb. so I'll have a feel of a couple in the on-site shop 
although I'm quite interested in an AEG styled on a very alternative weapon (I have OCD when it comes to model; I like to stand out) so any you can think of to suggest would be appreciated.
