Fire Support UK - Gold Standard!

Just received another successful delivery from Fire Support (firesupport.uk) - and have to commend the team’s consistency in being excellent each and every time.

Not only do they stock some hard to find items (e.g. specialist upgrade parts like AngryGun etc typically found on Asian sites), they’ve helped me out with product advice in the past over the phone, package things really well and always deliver within the next working day.

I’d highly recommend them!

Only suggestion for them would be to upgrade the website, make categories more granular to make it easier to navigate and find things.

I've got to say I echo this, made a couple of orders recently - packaging and shipping were great. Agree they seem to have a good stock of things that other places don't.

They are now my go-to retailer!

Had a parcel sit in customers for 6 weeks with UPS. I love fire support but the switch to UPS has put me off. I’d rather drive up and collect.

that happend when I purchased through DCA. But on this occasion it’s been stuck in Dartford. Keeps saying delayed. And trying to log into my UPS account is a battle in its self!

I've been to the UPS depot in dartford. The guy on the gate has more idea whats going on that the people inside the building.....

Must be a regional issue, to be fair I'm within half an hour of the shop and haven't had an issue with UPS - DPD on the other hand are an absolute nightmare.

Pretty sure you can collect items from FireSupport though, think they're open Weds-Fri and every other Saturday?

They sourced some hard to find spares for me last year. Went to my 2 local shops who both said they couldn't help so googled the manufacturer in Taiwan and found their UK distributor which happened to be Fire Support.

Sent them the part number and link to what I needed, they came back with a price, I agreed, they ordered and it turned up a couple of weeks later. During the process they emailed me a couple of times with expected delivery dates and let me know when it arrived in their warehouse.

Super helpful and happy to source parts that are hard to find.
