F.A. Glow Sight Set for M16/4

Hey folks, getting these for my M4 when I start putting it together: LINKAGE OF DOOM

But have no idea how they work/how you fit them. Anyone got any ideas?

unscrew the front sight post and attach the screwin part then glue in the rod?

unscrew you front iron sight with key/tool

screw in glow stick sight clip thing, crack stick then stick it on rthe sight lol
