Hi i have a large pistol collection and due to mobility issues i do not skirmish anymore,

I am looking for display stands for them instead of keeping them in the boxes any idea where i can get some be around 15

Gridwall works for me, I use hooks in the barrels but they can be used 'side on' if you prefer.

There's also the "magwell stand" type, pretty sure someone on here was 3d printing them, complete with brand logo of the pistol type, for about £9 i think ?

Yep........

Even 'Luke' likes it up the barrel (oo-er)

I suspect luke taking it up the barrel is like jay leno filling up with waterless coolant.

A perfectly valid strategy to maintain a toy for a collection, functional even, but not optimal for someone who seriously plans to use them.

Translation from innuendo: barrel scratches dont matter if you dont give a damn about accuracy

I'm fine with it tho, I have taken a side arm to most of my games until this year & have NEVER used one in a game. They look kewl but realistically it's dead weight & this fat knack is carrying enough weight as it is.
The hooks are all rounded off and smoothed to the best of my ability, I've used less than 20% of my collection in a game & that includes 3 side arms so I'm really not worried about range, I never sell any pistols so not interested in resale value either.
Besides you can use the hooks to display side on...

I havent really looked for anything else and honestly thought these would fall off, but so far so good.

Ikea peg board and the long hooks - i suspect theres a 3d printed something or other out there too

A side arm is for defence not attack... this is PPE.
Pistols serve two purposes :

1) Extra weight that you never use
2) Dual wielding to get yourself shot out 90% of the time

In Airsoft they can serve a third purpose of “secondary” when weapon rules apply but at risk of staying within (1)

A “secondary” as an emergency for when the primary fails is an excuse for failing to maintain

I'd say if a site has semi auto only areas then carrying a pistol can put you at an advantage over rifle users. The smaller size makes moving easier and all advantages of range and rof the rifles had is gone. Obviously this is all relying on the person with the pistol knowing how to shoot and, as you say, going in those areas
