Hello everyone,

So I recently rebuilt my gun from stock G&G SRXL. I installed all brand new internals incuding SHS high torque motor, madbull 6.03 363mm TBB, ProWin CNC hop unit. So all went well together and gun seemed to work. Everything was functional but when i put the whole gun together plugged in the 11.1v lipo and inserted the mag. Gun seemed to fire once or twice properly in semi auto but then bb's would come out slowly out of a barrel or 2 bb's would come out at the same time.

I tried the following so far:

Install new hop rubber

Clean the barrel and hop unit

Tried different barrel

even went as far as changing the Cylinder to see if that helps but nothing seemed to help.

So I am here asking for your help if any of you had that kind of issues and found a decent solution.

Thank you.

Your prowin hop setup is likely the problem

Have a look at this

It shows a load of stuff to check on the issues of misfeeding - soz I'm on mobile atm...

But prowin's are great on crap for some installs and might need a little work/checking...

All hop units are a tiny bit unique, some require a longer M4 nozzle, others a slightly shorter one which means 20.7mm to 21.5mm plus it sounds to me like the bucking lips might be tight or folded. The video shows loads of stuff and the important bb push test....

If the lips are too tight then the bb will really struggle to feed into barrel - it explains more in detail that some bucking/hop/gun combo's need a little care to function properly

Well reckon you should check the bucking lips are not too tight restricting the bb passing through it, it should need light to slight moderate pressure to push through

Best of luck
