hi their im making a custom build m4 and ive been looking at a ras kit but im unsure on what delta ring to use to mount a g&p ras rail to a king arms metal body

Any delta ring that has the 'cog' appearance: g&p, ca

Link the rail your planning on using should be able to help you then

Generally you don't need a delta ring for free floats - I think there's the odd Daniel Defense one that does, but the majority don't need them.
