Cracked TM 416 Devgru Lower Receiver.

Hello, The lower receiver of my TM 416 has a nasty crack down it. I am looking to get a new lower receiver but am unsure where I can find one as every site I have seen have non in stock. 

Also wondering if the TM M4 Lower receiver is compatible with the 416 upper receiver.
