CM16 upgrade barrel

Hi there I have upgraded my cm16 to the max now with everything but a barrel. I'm going for a high speed set up. If I change the barrel in the cm16 raider will it make any difference at all. Cheers

Not anything noticeable.

if it shoots ok atm then leave it until it shoots crap

Very likely you could make it worse before you make it any better

if bucking is worn or torn then yeah have a bash

if it is ok I'd leave it as is in case you tear the bucking

If you are hell bent - then try another barrel+hop+bucking

reason being if you screw up you got old system to go back to

most likely if its shooting ok - then leave it and maybe just give barrel a clean

Maybe see if you can stick with the current barrel, if you really want to upgrade, try flat hopping your current barrel instead of buying a completely new barrel.
