Ah, thanks.  I'm currently going with these £2 + postage Maple Leaf Omega knock-offs from AK2M4: https://www.ak2m4.co.uk/internal-parts/hop-up-buckings-nubs/gear-parts-omega-nub

However, they're sensitive to alignment, which that H nub wouldn't be.  I might take a punt on them.

tried one of those h buckings, didn't like it, the omega is much better for that kind of setup imo.
