Charger problem (bought new)

i'm new to airsofting so bare with me...

i have the

WE Europe WEEU L3 Compact Balance Battery Charger - LiPo

there's the link, i didn't buy it from them but its same one i have but when i plug it in it shows 3 green lights, then when i plug in the battery (it is LiPo) the green lights stay on...

does anyone know what the problem could be?

Could the battery be charged already?

I doubt it because I've test fired it with both battery's straight after purchase

Looks like it should show orange when turned on with nothing attached

Red when charging

Green when charged

If it is showing 3 green lights without the battery plugged in then I would say it is faulty and if you have just bought it I would be looking at returning it for replacement
