camouflage clothing. what do you use?

I never seem to stand still long enough for it to make a diffence. For what its worth I wear green dpm.

we all know that nothing really works in airsoft as we are moving to much....in some cases back to respawn!!....you may as well wear pink camo!....its all about dressing up and having fun! ....and if in full MTP, being shot at by ITH! :)

BUT me, well...i wear ATACs AU at urban...cause i like the colour not because i want to hide with the bricks

Generally at other sites its a Coyote top with either Marpat, ACU, ATACs FG or Camogrom trousers....i pay to shoot and get shot at not hide in a tree all day, there is no fun in that

as long as they have pockets im happy :)

p.s its early so excuse the rashness etc......

My kit is predominantly ranger green, works well for both woodland and CQB scenarios. In woodland ive stood still in a relatively open area (while still having a fair amount of foliage about) and still manage to not be seen, I like to think of 99% of airsofters much the same as a T-rex from Jurassic Park... keep still and it cant see you (unless your sitting on a toilet screaming)

I avoid mtp  mutlicam or what ever that  hideous pattern is called if people like it them  fair enough.  Not my choice at all

I rock black  top.  With olive   trousers And extras. Used to run  pc with belt but getting rid of the belt and it just not comfy

I wear mainly M81 these days, but I think there is a place in the UK for Multicam or similar patterns.

At Battle Lakes, MARPAT is very effective, at Combat South I think Flecktarn works damn well and at Holmbush most patterns have a place.

It all depends on seasonal foliage and colours. But as said, movement, or lack of will serve you better than Gucci Gear.

I had some great camo gear, but it fell off the washing line in the garden and now we cant find it ;)

In all honestly, I wear a mix of black and olive as I feel camo is not often effective in the average skirmish.

Yeh I agree with the above and others who posted here.

I spent a year trying various different camo's and found that none of them really made a difference. I even tried to blend camo's to try and break up my shape etc.. <_< ....yeh I just found I was overthinking, the ranges that you fight at in a skirmish situation makes most camo pointless So after a year of watching you tube & avidly reading about camouflage designs I ended up spending on kit that now lives in a bin bag in the loft.

I now wear OD Ubacs, OD Chest rig, DPM trousers, Black helmet and Face pro. I stripped back to cheap & easily replaceable kit I now find its price and comfort is more important.

Totally this. I dont care for gucci kit and find cheap rigs/pouches and kit just as effective for a once a month skirmish, would be different if I played every week or it was my day job

I've still to find a style I'm happy with.

Multiglam worn once

Midnight urban

But will be rocking the Kryptek Typhon Hat & UBAC's will everything else black next game. I'd say look out for me, but it's supposed to be camo right? :D

As camouflage makes little to no real difference at the ranges we play at I run British Desert DPM!

Why? Because its nice to stand out and heck if folks are running around in jeans and a t-shirt pretty sure DDPM is all good! :D

I promised the missus that I wouldn't get camo gear.

But Desert DPM is just. So. Beige.

I don't think I can hold out much longer.

to stop the other half moaning....i buy stuff i can occasionally wear out, so my game trousers i also wear to Tesco!!! haha

....cant moan then as they get more use than a few times a year!

Jacket front though i had a slip up as the colour wasn't quite coyote but more a mustard....so game days only...nice and warm though!

just got for it! haha

I saw a set on ebay in desert dpm for bout 20 quid was a underarmour style shirt and cargos so if ur after dessies thats a bargain right there.

Honestly depends on the site. In winter, flecktarn is decent, and in summer, Mandrake Kryptek is good.

On open areas in summer ATACS Foliage is pretty decent.

MTP/ multicam is quite light and sticks out like a sore thumb, yet 9/10 players seem to wear it.
