Should charge the parents, at 9 years he shouldn’t be using any kind of BB gun. Wonder if it was .177bb or 6mm. A .177 is classed as a low power firearm.

It doesn’t, but I doubt any of them are 18, and they have no reason to have it in their possession. I doubt they will get any punishment though.
