Battery and charger

Yes but I think you will need to purchase a tamiya charging cable.

^^ yeah I use the crocodile clips :P will need to change that at some point. that doesnt come with the power supply but this does.

i bought without power supply because I already had one, however it isn't standard laptop charger connector see be careful.

that 11.1 looks good, however will need some space for 3 cells, but if you have it then it will be fine. IK you installed a mosfet so you should be good to go. I have a 7.4 2600mah and it lasts for 10k+ shots, never needed to charge for more than 30 mins :)

I've got the adjustable crane that takes nunchuck batteries. I'll measure it tomorrow to see if they'll fit.

That link doesn't seemed to work?

Does the battery charge through the tamiya connector or through that small 4 core plug?

If it is the tamiya could I not just swap it for a deans plug?

Yeah it basically only comes with an XT60 lead, I have one of those chargers and haven't got round to buying a deans lead for it.

I have no idea if you could rewire the connector to deans. In theory yes but I don't know if it would cause any issues so I will leave that one for someone who knows more than me.

If you just use the balance lead it won't charge and you get an error when you try to start charging.

Well I've ordered 5 sets if deans plugs which should arrive tomorrow. I'm only using 2 of them, I could throw a set on the charger. Payday in 3 days ;)
