Anywhere to buy a 0.5 inch outer barrel extention

I'm after a 0.5" or 0.75" outer barrel extension 1" is just a but too long anyone know of a place that sells lengths like this

It really hurts that you're decimalising an imperial measurement!!!!

Infairness though, doubt you'll get a half an inch as the threads alone are probably that long.

this, approx 10mm of thread to attach the extension to, plus 10mm of new thread, plus 5mm in the extension for strength = 1” ?

To justify my silly question before I asked I did find this View attachment 102663 in the USA but out of stock and only 12mm in length 

I got hold of a 1inch one but it is ever so slightly longer than what I need so was hoping I could find something similar in the UK or Europe

Indeed, that's 512/1024" or 768/1024" in proper binary-analogue money.
