Hi All,

Ordered a couple of TRMR holsters back on the 28th Sept and never received them, I reached out on there website and Insta but got zero comms back,

It left me no choice other than initiate a refund via PayPal,

Anyone having any poor buying experiences here? hopefully just a admin error as I do want the holsters 😆

Granted, my experience was over a year ago but they were fine. Posted items out in good time and assisted me when an item was the wrong size.

If you need a TRMR holster, someone on here could probably 3D print you one.

Thanks, that's actually a great idea  :)

I’ve contacted them through their website with zero response. I’ve place a couple of orders recently and found them to be relatively slow. Having placed two orders with them relatively close apart, I’m still waiting to receive the first order. I would think twice before using them again.

Update:

I did receive an email from them saying the package was sent out and "failed delivery" and he would be happy to resend out the order, I already had a refund though PayPal and ordered elsewhere off this forum.

I never received any tracking information.

Did you pay via PayPal @Dev

I just bought an AAP01 rail and a 90° picatiny adaptor from them.
The size of the AAP01 rail is wrong and can't be fixed on the pistol.
The picatiny rail is too loose, and when I tried tightening the screw it ruined the the thread.
I havent asked them for solutions but I'm pretty sure that I'll never buy any plastic rails anymore as long as there's a metal version available

Personally I'd try to avoid any shop where you have to search companies house website to find their physical address. Even more so when said address turns out to be a virtual office space
