Pointed out by another member but does not have its own thread.

I've looked at the videos, which are on their Facebook page, it looks fantastic, but octagon claim there is no hop, which is an instant red flag.

A ghk inspired system but that magazine does not look like a ghk mag.

Supposedly made at the norinco plant.

I'd want to see if they've been made slightly too close to a RS firearm before testing importing one personally, it's a lot of money to lose.

Mags also look like, using rough man maths, they're gonna be 80 quid a pop.

Both T111HK and 18Airsoft mention hop up adjustment and I can't imagine them taking the time and effort of building a GBBR just to not have a hop up.
There's also a video showing the hop adjustment wheel:

So its a proprietary system which isn't compatible with the system it's based on and all from a company with bugger all history in airsoft.

That's a pass from me

A poor, proprietary copy of a system with plenty of issues itself. They just sort of... appeared, offering GBBR's. The other thing that was a red flag is it comes with a spare nozzle, so I can only assume that's a major weak point that they're off setting with "It broke but we gave you an extra one so it's okay :)"

Yeh hard pass unless someone reviews it and its the best thing since Prom Sex. Shame as I would love a decent Type 56

couple of things, I read somewhere that RS are involved and looking at the externals of the GBB they are the exactly the same as the RS Type 56 I have here. Even the mag looks to be the AEG mag with a plastic bit stuck on top and some extra milling on the rear to handle the gas parts. Even the cardboard box is very similar to the RS packaging.

I have a similar suspicion, the photos look very similar in terms of how the shop floor is set out as does the way they're packaging them.

Interesting; that doesn't match what I have been told about RS and the reason for their disappearance from the market. However, I hope it is true because that might mean a reappearance of RS.

As far as I am aware, RS lost their contract to supply training weapons to the PLA and were forced to buy them all back, as well as losing access to Norinco and effectively being closed down, because those who ran the company fell foul of Winnie the Pooh. It is possible that the company has been handed over to someone more politically acceptable and renamed.
