A Type 56-1 submachine gun with Chinese characteristics of socialism. A special edition featuring Deng Xiaoping's reform and opening-up policies.

Sharing a friend's toy. My friend is naturally modest, so I'm forwarding it on his behalf.




I. Main body of the toy: AKRIVA Type 56-1 GBB, a slightly modified version from a personal workshop. The recoil spring and bolt buffer have been replaced with the workshop brand version, and the trigger assembly has been slightly adjusted.

From what I've seen, the AKRIVA Type 56 GBB replica is quite impressive in terms of realism. However, as the brand is still relatively new, there's little data available on its long-term reliability and parts availability.
