Airsoft/Replica helmet custom liner

Hello there,

Does anyone know any small company or brand that creates custom liners and padding for airsoft or replica helmets? 
I have recently acquired a replica helmet but it doesn't really fit my head and I don't wish to put my skills to the test and damage the product.

Vestguard has a few padding sets, though you have to factor the £8 postage in. I'd wager they'd last longer than the cheapo ones and in the case of the most expensive, can obviously offer more protection. Depends what you want to spend. You can make shims for foam sets by adding adhesive velcro hook/loop back to back, with foam optionally sandwiched between. 

I can vouch for the D30 stuff being very protective against bumps and not just for comfort.
