Hello all,
Firstly, if this is the wrong place I apologise.
Recently Ive made a load of listings and sold some odds and ends. All have been PARTS. Not a replica.
I had two packages I sent VIA DPD next day service. Both packages where sent on the same day, at the same drop off point. One package got to its destination next day as intended. The other has not.
The tracking has not updated since Monday 23rd from being dropped off. Tracking states "Your parcel has been dropped off at a DPD Pickup Shop"
I went back to the store and enquired if it was misplaced in the back. The staff looked, and stated all the packages for DPD where collected
Ive emailed DPD with the info and im currently waiting a response.
I wanted to see if anyone here has had something similar happen. And how things where resolved?
Otherwise im going to be massively out of pocket
